We Assess Your Case

Within one business day of your submission, our expert team reviews every detail of your case against current UK consumer law — including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Credit Act 1974. We assess the strength of your claim honestly. If we believe you have a valid claim, we proceed immediately. If we don’t think you have strong grounds, we will tell you clearly and you will not be charged. Transparency is non-negotiable at Invictus.

We Fight For You

We draft and send formal email to the responsible party.

Once your claim is validated, we draft a formal email of Complaint with your guidance and send it directly to the lender, retailer, or financial institution responsible. This email is drafted in full compliance with UK consumer law — citing the relevant legislation, outlining the breach, and stating clearly the compensation or remedy you are entitled to. Under UK consumer law, the respondent has 8 weeks to provide a full written response. We chase them at the 4-week mark if no acknowledgement is received. You don’t need to contact anyone directly — all correspondence goes through us.

If the lender’s response is unsatisfactory, or they fail to respond within the required 8 weeks, we escalate your case to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) on your behalf at no additional cost (Silver, Gold, and Platinum packages). The FOS is a free, independent body with the power to order lenders to pay compensation. We prepare the entire escalation process — you simply wait for the outcome.
